How do I book a car?
Message us on WhatsApp, call us, or fill in the form on our Contact page. Tell us the car or class you want, daily or weekly, and your dates. We confirm availability and arrange delivery.
Is the 25% discount on both daily and weekly rentals?
Yes. The 25% OFF applies to daily rentals and to weekly rentals across our Economy, Sedan and SUV classes, while the offer runs. Mention the offer when you message us.
Are the cars really brand new?
Our fleet is made up of recent 2024, 2025 and 2026 models with low kilometres. Ask us on WhatsApp for photos of the exact car you'll get.
How fast can I get a car?
Often the same day, depending on the model and your location. Message us early in the day for the best availability.
Can I extend my rental?
Yes, subject to availability. Message us before your return time and we'll extend it for you.
Do you offer longer rentals?
Yes. Ask us on WhatsApp about rentals longer than a few weeks and we'll send you a quote.
Documents
What documents do I need?
UAE residents: Emirates ID and a UAE driving licence. Visitors: passport with visa / entry stamp, your home licence and an International Driving Permit if your country requires one.
Can tourists rent a car?
Yes. Bring your passport, visa or entry stamp and your driving licence. Some countries also need an International Driving Permit. Send us your details and we'll confirm.
Is there a minimum age?
Age and licence requirements depend on the car class. Send us your details on WhatsApp and we'll confirm before you book.
Payment
Is there a security deposit?
A refundable security deposit may apply depending on the car. We'll tell you the amount and how it's returned before you book.
How can I pay?
Our team will confirm the available payment options when you book.
Delivery & return
Where do you deliver and does it cost extra?
Delivery and collection are free anywhere in Abu Dhabi city, including Yas, Saadiyat, Al Reem, Khalifa City, Mussafah and the airport. Just send us your location pin.
Can you meet me at the airport?
Yes. Send us your flight details and we'll meet you at arrivals at Zayed International Airport with your car.
How do I return the car?
You don't need to drive anywhere. We collect the car from the same place we delivered it, or another location in Abu Dhabi you choose.
Insurance & on the road
Is insurance included?
Yes, every rental includes comprehensive insurance and registration. Our team will explain the cover details before you sign.
What if I have an accident or breakdown?
Make sure everyone is safe, then call or WhatsApp us straight away. We're available 24/7 and will guide you. In the UAE a police report is needed for any accident, however small.
Who pays for tolls and traffic fines?
Road tolls (Darb, Salik) and traffic fines during your rental are the renter's responsibility. We'll explain how they're charged when you book.
